I assumed it was in the bag because I saw her put paper into the bag but it was just sales coupons. I came in as soon as I noticed (2 days after transaction) to try to get a receipt. They could not look up the transaction with my card or rewards account, although it has posted as pending to my card. The website says returns without a receipt might be eligible for JCPenney Merchandise card but apparently not at this store. Disappointed - I bought clothes for my husband for Christmas and we will have no way to exchange or return. They were nice at the store but it's unfortunate that they couldn't do anything. I may try going to a JCPenney when I'm back home (traveling for work) - maybe I will have better luck.

I originally placed an order last week, but for some reason it was canceled. When I tried to reorder, the price had gone up to almost $75. The first customer service agent offered free delivery, which I already qualified for, and an $8 credit. Then I spoke with Supervisor Candice, and she was incredibly helpful. She matched the original sale price with no hesitation. Quality customer service is hard to come by these days, but every once in a while you get lucky. Please give Candice in Ohio a raise, she truly deserves it!
