They could benefit from friendlier staff that don't mind helping customers locate what they are searching for instead of saying & pointing, "oh it's over in "that" section". I found this as being lazy and inattentive. I left and shopped at their competitor.

He was very friendly to couple ahead of me, laughed and wished them a merry Christmas. Had a scowl the whole time of our exchange. very unprofessional, I will not be coming back.
