    Yesterday the worker by the name is Dee - lan or dilan helped me immensely upon my visit I needed help finding my mother pants and she was very knowledgeable about the pants and asked me questions to help better assist me. My mother ended up loving the pants I got for her because of her expertise! Very good service at the location

    Do not shop at lululemon online. Why go through the hassle of of figuring out where is my package. I went through this 3 times in a row. Just go to ALO They have better merchandise more stylish comfortable fit and they always have a really good sale.

    I recently visited the Lululemon store and had a disappointing experience, particularly due to the customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for about two years, but this location felt very unwelcoming. There’s an employee named Lexi who consistently has a sour expression and no smile everytime I’ve visited. Each time I visit, she seems more interested in her phone or drink than in assisting anyone. There’s never any effort to greet customers or offer help, which is surprising for a brand known for its customer-centric approach. It’s disheartening to see someone who appears to dislike their job so much that it affects the shopping experience for others. I hope management can address this issue because it detracts from what should be a positive and welcoming experience.
