But out of everyone she was the sweetest! Always there to help me, had a positive attitude with all guest, including with me, she smiled always. Moving back and forward with enthusiasm doing her work. Very sweet young lady, honestly out of all the girls not gonna lie. Y’all are very lucky to have her!
- TJTiffany JonesSep 17, 20241.0HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I was shopping with my daughter and niece for my daughter's homecoming dress. There was a dress she wanted to try on, but it was on the higher-level rack. So, I used the hanger retriever pole to get a dress down and as soon as I was reaching for the dress the sales associate screams across the store, "ma'am you aren't allowed to use that!!" So, I asked the lady well are you going to come and get it for me? This is very unacceptable to scream across the store to a customer. Then when people were walking in at 7:00pm they were telling (screaming) them the fitting rooms were closed but they don't close till 8:00pm. I will NEVER return and shop at this store again so unprofessional and RUDE. Plus, the dressing room was trashed dresses everywhere I tried to hang them up so my daughter could have a place to try her dresses on. TRASHY PEOPLE TRASHY SERVICE
