  Kiwi was very helpful even though I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. We found out they didn’t have my size in store but that I could buy it online. She was very friendly and helpful and even though I didn’t buy anything in store when I was there, I rly appreciated her help. Thank you!!

  I wanted to return a sweater that was ripped. The tags had been removed because it had been worn (once). That day I realized it was torn. They told me they couldn't give me my money back because they didn't know if I had done anything to the sweater since it no longer had tags. It's theft.

  Their system was down n was told they would hold our items for 24 hours. Details of name etc were taken. Went back within 24 hours ...n voila....item was sold off to someone else. Goes to show how unreliable , incompetent and Inefficient the staff is.

  I've been a long time customer of Tommy both online and instore. Yesterday we came into the store to shop and was treated poorly by Tarine (not sure if the spelling is correct). She was rude, impatient, and speaking loudly at my parents. She rang up the prices a lot higher than what's shown on the display. Because of her, we will never return to this location. You've lost a loyal customer because of it.
