A far cry from the Rack in Frisco or Plano. I guess the demographics are different in this area... Wouldn't recommend a won't return to this store.
- BSBehnaz SafaviDec 19, 20251.0Well, after getting stuck with six or seven bad walking shoes I asked Google why I ended up with problems and here we go: "Shoes at Nordstrom Rack (including the Allen store) can seem "bad" because they often sell lower-quality, "made-for-rack" versions of popular brands (like Allen Edmonds) or past-season items, using cheaper materials (like synthetic leather) and different construction (not fully welted), creating an illusion of a deal but delivering less durable products than the mainline items. It's a mix of discounted overstock and intentionally designed lower-tier products, leading to inconsistent quality and customer disappointment." To add insult to injury they lied that I would get another forty dollars to open another credit card 😡. Well, that forty is every five years. So my knees went out, I closed the credit card and then returned the shoes. With a promise that I would get a check. Called about it tonight and was told she does not see my returns till I asked for a supervisor. I cannot express how mad I am at wasting my money on shoe after shoe not knowing they are not the brand. Just the brand's name made for Nordstrom Rack 😡 I just want you to be aware and listen to your body. I kept asking myself why do I feel bad in my back and knees and toes buying the brands? To come to find out they are really not selling the actual brands, but how is that even slightly legal? They owe me 106.07 in check. And none of us really want to save forty or fifty on brands like Hoka and Brooks per pair of shoes to come to find out both ganged up against our precious bodies 😡 not selling us exactly what they are labeling as the brands 😡

None of the sizes are where they should be. It looks more like a garage sale here. Not a great experience. Do better.
