- QQQutedesi Q.Jan 6, 20261.0The associate on duty was extremely inattentive, unhelpful, and appeared uninterested in assisting us from the moment we entered the store. He provided minimal responses, showed no enthusiasm to help, did not explain pricing clearly, and failed to go over basic information such as return policy, warranty, or even the total at checkout. He also boxed the watches without cleaning them. This was my first visit to a Movado store and I was purchasing gifts for my family. The experience was so uncomfortable that even my teenage daughter commented on how unprofessional it was. This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect well on your brand. I hope this is addressed with store management.
