  I assumed that service at Calvin Klein store would be great but unfortunately it has been a very poor experience in returning the product and exchanging it with a different size l. Store did not return/replace the product even when original receipt is there and its tag is also there. And reason they gave is that it should be attached to the product and it is company policy. In my experience I had never seen this kind of pathetic return experience which is not done even when original receipt and tags are there and return is within less than 10 days. I highly criticize this approach from such a reputed Brand.

  The people who manage this place need to understand they can’t let potential customers wait outside in line for 20 mins and not let people in when the store is empty.

  Everyone passed me up, even when walking in and making eye contact with smile no approach..... As I searched for a Giant New Hand bag (35 min) I approached the cashier. He asked if anyone helped me... I told him obviously nobody has. He apologized and gave me an additional discount. I instantly told him, "it's not your fault or job to maintain a staff that is suppose to care for "ALL" customers." Store manager or management in general needs to change up.

  ⸻ I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at the Michael Kors store today was incredibly disappointing and honestly frustrating. I walked in expecting the usual level of professionalism you’d expect from a brand like this, but the customer service was shockingly bad from the start. The staff barely acknowledged me, and when I finally approached the counter with a question, I was met with attitude—as if I was inconveniencing them. The manager, who should be setting the tone for the store, was the worst of all. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, she spoke to me in a rude, dismissive way and made it very clear she didn’t care about my concerns. The way she handled the situation was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. For a brand that positions itself as premium, the behavior I experienced was anything but. It left a really bad impression and honestly made me reconsider shopping here again. Customer service should be the last thing a store like this gets wrong, yet somehow it was the biggest problem. I hope they take feedback seriously, because treating customers this way is unacceptable. I definitely expected better from Michael Kors.
