Everything went well until my son tried on a jacket and laid his Gucci travel bag that contain his ID, car keys and 80 cash in it down. He bought me a pair of slides and we walked out and went to Micheal Kors next door when he realized he left his small travel bag. He went back in Lacoste and the manager was really rude to him. So, he left to go back to MK and they allowed him to review their camera. It showed he didn't have anything in his hand when we walked in. I went back to Lacoste to speak with the manger. She was very negative and dismissive of my son's predicament. One of the male employees was very polite and helpful to us. The manager didn't even know how to check the cameras. I ask her is it someone over her that could assist her. She said that her boss didn't show her how to review the camers. Her and my son got into argument about the situation. We ended calling a really sweet security lady who came in and pulled the camera. They saw on the footage of a customer and his girlfriend who stole the bag on camera and walked out the store. What a coward !! Stop being a thief and stealing from others. The police ended assisting as well and pulled the camers a second time to confirm. A day of shopping turned into a nightmare.

The size doesn't fit and came for an exchange. The store manager said there will not be returns or exchange for CLEARANCE item and he himself said there will be ORANGE color sticker on the tag. The shirt was not kept in Clearance section and there is NO orange color sticker on the tag. HOW DOES CUSTOMER KNOWS ITS A CLEARANCE? Thats the question i asked and he don't have an answer for that. when am arguing on this he lost his control and said that's all marketing techniques. How he had appointed as a MANAGER? GOD Knows. Pathetic experience and the WORST MANAGER.
