This left us feeling ignored and undervalued right from the outset. It was further disheartening to observe three staff members present at the time, all of whom appeared to be unoccupied with customer-facing duties, instead choosing to engage in personal conversations among themselves. This clear lack of engagement with customers, coupled with the unwillingness to provide even a basic welcome or offer of help, created an incredibly negative impression of your service standards. We had anticipated a much more attentive and respectful experience, and this incident fell far short of any reasonable expectation for customer care.
