When I asked about a pair of leggings that showed “available for pickup today” online, she looked at my phone and snapped, “We don’t have those, that’s online only.” When I showed her the listing, she rolled her eyes and said, “Let me check the back,” in a very dismissive tone. When I then asked for a fitting room, she acted visibly annoyed and marked an X on my door while writing names for everyone else. Completely unacceptable behavior — she made what should’ve been a pleasant shopping experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Terrible customer service. I won’t be returning to this Aerie location.
