  I’m very disappointed with the quality of the jeans I purchased from Calvin Klein. I originally received a pair with a manufacturing defect and had to contact customer service to file a claim. Although I was given a $50 gift card, the replacement experience has been frustrating because the same jeans later ripped in the back/right seat area during normal use. For a brand like Calvin Klein, I expected much better durability and fabric quality. The material feels weak, almost as if the fabric was old or defective. I hope the company improves its quality control because customers pay expecting premium products.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein store. The staff’s behavior was far from professional and honestly quite frustrating. Last week, we visited the store to ask a simple question, but the employees didn’t seem interested in helping at all. They didn’t even bother to check their system or tablet—just gave a quick “we don’t have it” and moved on. No effort, no customer service. We’ve been regular customers and have spent a significant amount of money at this store before, but this experience completely changed our perception. Instead of buying here, we ended up shopping at another store and spent around $800 there. What made it worse was noticing that this wasn’t just how they treated us—they were behaving the same way with other customers too. It felt like they were only there because they had to be, with no interest in helping anyone. The only thing they seemed focused on was folding clothes. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and it’s unlikely we’ll be returnin

  They call it an outlet mall, but the clothes are more expensive here than the other store.The regular store give me a break

  They have some collections now. They used have old collection always. Prices are good.
