  Huge selection, definitely an outdoorsy person’s dream! So much to look at. However, I had a few questions while looking for a fishing combo, and when I asked the employee working he seemed a little annoyed and not willing to help. We ended up leaving without purchasing one.

  This is a outdoor lovers paradise. There's a lot of great things about this place like lorlts of selection of products,but I also find things a little hard to find. Certain items are spread out in different sections and finding what your looking for can be a a hassle. Say for instance the hats, they should have a section where there all in one are instead of separated by brand and in different locations Also some products can seem overpriced especially the clothing. But I enjoy coming here. One big problem I have with Bass Pro is they for your social security number to join the membership club and I find that asking too much for security reasons. And that's something they should change

  Bass Pro Shops claims to be about adventure and the outdoors, but inside, they treat their overnight staff like gear—not people. Management turns off most of the AC at night, leaving workers dizzy and sweating within an hour. When employees mention it, management pulls out a thermostat reading from the next morning and tells us our lived experience is wrong. They’d rather gaslight their crew than spend a few dollars on basic comfort. If you shop here, know that your bargain comes on the backs of humans they refuse to believe.

  The experience in the Allen store tonight was ridiculous. Three employees chatting at the service desk without a customer, one employee bringing in shopping carts and only one employee working the register with a long line of customers. The gentleman working the register, Donovan, is a rockstar and was working as fast as he could and was so polite and apologetic through it all. Good thing you have at least one person that actually cares about your customer.

  Oh my my, DONOVAN you are the best employee I have ever met. Made bass pro a 7/10 to a 11/10. Discount on some food, funny and is just a great guy. BASS PRO if you don’t give this great looking man a raise you are a horrible store and I will be going to Scheels and tackle warehouse from now on if you don’t give him it. Awesome guy
