- CCCassie ClairApr 16, 20261.0The Aerie side is incredibly rude. They had us go from the AE line to Aerie line to help balance the line. Aerie said it should have been one at a time, we didn't listen. Then proceeded to send us back. Just unfortunate customer service and attitude.

- PPPyke PonyJan 30, 20261.0Dennis kept complaining about how many clothes he had to scan from us and how he would drag the transaction so it could be closer to his time to get out. He didn’t know how to do anything and kept asking from help from others. We grabbed clothes from clearance and he would keep arguing that there was no % off on the clothes, but when someone with more experience came she applied the proper discounts and finished our transaction in a few minutes. It took him a good 20 minutes just to scan 5 things. He would look at how many clothes were left and complain that he would need more than 3 bags just for our clothes. It’s better for the store that we buy more and all we heard is him crying about how he has assignments to do. The other ladies were happy to help where he would keep crying to every question we had about different sizes or prices. Actually disgusting behavior, this is not how you treat customers who are willing to shop and buy good amounts of clothes from your store.
