I had many issues with my sunnies; none were the fault of the staff, and they were attentive, helpful, happy and kind throughout the whole process! Never made me feel like a burden or a problem.

The Associate was very friendly and quickly adjusted my glasses. When she checked the fit, she noticed that she had damaged them. She immediately apologized and said she would replace them. I told her that was not necessary, however she insisted. Four days later, she called me to come get my new shades. Outstanding customer service!

The woman I dealt with was rude and uninformative, I've never paid af much for a pair of the exact same shades that I replaced as here, when I mentioned this she snapped and stated that "that's how much they cost everywhere" was going to buy 2 pair but after that we just left.
