- AAAleksandraMay 29, 20262.0I visited this boutique yesterday. The store was almost empty, but the staff seemed more interested in their own activities than in customers. One employee was talking on the phone when I entered and did not greet me. I greeted the staff first, asked a question about the second floor, and received only a minimal response. No one offered assistance or showed any interest in helping. This was one of the most disappointing luxury retail experiences I have had and did not reflect the standards I expect from Max Mara.
