I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life at this Chanel store. The staff's attitude was rude and unhelpful and it felt like they were doing everything they could to avoid selling anything. There was a complete lack of the basic courtesy and professionalism expected from a luxury brand. I would always prefer shopping at Istinye Park Chanel store instead of here.

My family and I were getting ready to celebrate my birthday, and this was the very first stop on our shopping list. The gentleman who served us was incredibly kind and gave us his full attention throughout our visit. And I left with a lovely pair of sunglasses. 😎🩷

Very poor experience. The seller kept me waiting for more than an hour and had a bad attitude throughout. Unprofessional and disappointing service.
