- LGLove with Moonlight Girls3 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Chanel İstinye Park. I have been a loyal and significant client of this boutique and have purchased many pieces here over time. My sales associate, Naz, personally gave me her contact information and encouraged me to reach out regarding new-season arrivals and special pieces. Recently, I have been searching for something very special and contacted her several times. I received absolutely no response. Not even a simple acknowledgment. For a luxury house like Chanel, where clients are not only paying for exceptional products but also expect an exceptional level of service, this is incredibly disappointing. I should not have to repeatedly chase a sales associate who specifically asked me to contact her. What makes this especially frustrating is that I have consistently supported this boutique as a returning client. Luxury service should not disappear once the purchase is completed. This experience has genuinely changed the way I feel about shopping at Chanel İstinye Park. The products may represent luxury, but unfortunately, the level of client care I experienced did not.
