  Shop attendant is extremely rude (the guy). Especially after I had bought an item, the attitude changed completely. Not at all the type of service you’d expect in this kind of store.

  Very unpleasant staff ( I wanted take a picture of store's beautiful design Outside Not their bags or shoes The man said not take the picture and he can't even explain why And the rule about the strict wasn't write anywhere

  Ужасный сервис. Сегодня в 7:35 , 23.03.2025 хотела купить сумку. Заранее сама спросила в чем будет оплата, ответ Евро. Переводу на мастер карт деньги , господин продавец вводит Лиры для оплаты. На карте денег больше в Евро , чем они называют сумму , в результате когда вводит Лиры , еще раз конвертируются деньги. У меня вопрос. Зачем ? Прошу продавца посмотреть в интернете курс моего банка. Чтобы понять какую сумму нужно иметь на счету. Ответ - сама посмотри. Продавцы оба незаинтересованы решать и продавать. В итоге потеряла время , могла купить в Гуччи, уехала без сумки с ужасным настроением. За такие деньги , человек должен выходить с настроением идеальным. Продают эмоции. А в данном случае , продавцы YSL , продают ужасные эмоции.

  I would like to share my experience about this shop. You have to be careful buying anything here, because if you will have any defects on the products you purchased - no one will follow Saint Laurent rules for the warranty. The bag i got cost 2000$ and just after 1 month of use, defects appeared. Actually i think they sell fakes, because in Dubai flagship store they even couldn’t find this purchase in my account what means that they can’t provide for me the warranty, even they confirmed that the bag has issues! So be careful guys with buying anything here!! They said that they checked the bag but actually they even didn’t touch it😅just gave me the email where should i text and once i did - they refused to provide the warranty
