  Dolce & Gabbana mağazası, İstinyePark içinde markanın karakterini oldukça net yansıtan bir duruşa sahip. Vitrin ve genel sunum dili güçlü ama rahatsız edici bir gösterişten uzak; daha çok detaylarla kendini belli eden bir stil var. Mağazanın dışarıya verdiği atmosfer, klasik lüks anlayışından ziyade daha sofistike ve özgüvenli bir çizgide. Abartıya kaçmadan dikkat çekmeyi bilen, dengeli ve karakterli bir marka hissi oluşturuyor. İstinyePark’taki diğer mağazalar arasında daha “sessiz ama net” bir duruşu olduğunu söyleye bilirim,mutlaka görülmesi ve deneyimlenmesi gereken global mağaza şubelerinden birisi ve muhtemelen en iyi subesi. ✓✓✓✓✓ Dolce & Gabbana at IstinyePark reflects a strong and refined brand identity. The storefront and visual presentation feel carefully designed, with attention to detail that speaks for itself without relying on excessive display. There’s a sense of quiet confidence in the way the brand presents itself—elegant, balanced, and clearly positioned in the premium segment. Among the surrounding stores, it manages to stand out in a subtle yet distinctive way.

  I recently visited a Dolce & Gabbana store at istinye Park Istanbul and was very disappointed with the level of service. There were no other customers in the store at the time, it was empty store so I expected at least a basic level of attention. However, none of the staff greeted us when we entered. When I asked about a perfume, the response was dismissive — the staff simply pointed with their hands instead of assisting properly. What made the experience worse was the unprofessional behavior. The employees appeared to be gossiping about us and made comments suggesting that we had come in too late, even though we entered at 8:45 PM and the boutique closes at 10 PM. Overall, the service was extremely poor and far below what you would expect from a luxury brand. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer experience.
