  Hayatım boyunca gördüğüm en terbiyesiz ve en densiz personel! Hizmet verdikleri ve parasını ödeyen müşterilere karşı böyle bir üstünlük taslayan çalışanları ilk defa görüyorum. Bu özgüveni nereden buluyorsunuz gerçekten? Siz sadece çalışan ve hizmet veren insanlarsınız, bunun farkında mısınız? Aslında kimsenin onlara yerlerini veya konumlarını hatırlatmasına bile gerek yok. Gerçekten akıllı ve bilinçli olsalar, bulundukları konumun ne olduğunu kendileri anlayabilirlerdi. Sonuçta müşterinin kapısını açan, ona hizmet eden, bir şey içmek isteyip istemediğini ya da başka bir ihtiyacı olup olmadığını soran kişiler sizsiniz. Gerçekten çok aptalca ve acınası bir tavır. İnsanın midesini bulandırıyor. 🤢 Eksi 100 verebilseydim verirdim ama maalesef sadece 1 yıldız vermek zorundayım.

  Very very very bad attitude with customers. The girl who came right next to us and said to the collegue while pointing at us that we were talking! It was obvious!! she did it right infront of us!! dior management if youre seeing this please see the cameras on 15th September 18:30!!!!! Fire herrrr

  I am sharing my personal experience with this boutique so that others can make informed decisions. I purchased a luxury bag from this boutique, and within less than 48 hours of returning home, I discovered the damage shown in the attached photo. I reported the issue immediately because I genuinely believed that a luxury brand would stand behind its products and provide the level of after-sales service that customers expect. What followed was months of emails, reviews, and communication. Throughout the process, I hoped for a fair resolution, but in the end, my case was closed without the outcome I had hoped for. This review is not about receiving the answer I wanted; it is about my disappointment with how my case was handled and the overall customer experience after the sale. For a luxury purchase, I expected transparency, consistency, and a stronger commitment to customer care. I am simply sharing my experience exactly as it happened to me. I hope future customers have a better experience than I did.
