  Aldigim sneaker iki kez de sarama yapti, ne yazik ki Dior urunlerin arkasinda durmiyor, lostra ya goturdum uretim hatasi oldugune demisine ragmen Dior veya merkez ilgilenmedi, Miami den slindi faturasi duriyor. 1100$ odediyim bir ayakkabi icin yasiklar olsun, Dior icin konusiyorum bugune kadar diger markalarlan hic bir sorun yasamadik.

  Yesterday, August 10th, I visited the Dior store with the intention of purchasing both a card holder and a handbag. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The sales associate helping me, a woman with dark hair, seemed to have an attitude from the start. I did not immediately think much of it and continued asking to see several items I had already researched beforehand. Multiple times, however, I was told that certain pieces were not in stock, that the item shown was the only one available, or that there were no other colors — even when I could visibly see other options displayed on the shelves. Whether this came from a lack of knowledge about the store's own inventory, a lack of professionalism, or an assumption that I was not a serious buyer, I cannot say. What I can say is that the overall attitude and lack of effort were incredibly off-putting and ultimately made me decide not to purchase anything from this location. What I find particularly strange is that luxury brands such as Dior are built not only around their products, but around professionalism, customer service, care, and the overall luxury experience. Yet sometimes sales associates behave as though they personally own the store and first need to decide whether a customer is worthy of their time or attention. That attitude feels completely backwards and is especially disappointing from a brand operating at this level.

  ( izmir istinyepark ) Musteri temsilcisinin denedigi bir urunu aldim, eve gittigimde normal isikla urun ( bronzer ) cok acik gorundu yanagiimda urunu acmadan musteri temsilcisine yazdim. Geri getirebilirsiniz dedi ( tatli bir davranis ) urunu magazaya getirdim baska bir musteri temsilcis sırtı donuk sekilde urunu kutudan cikardi kapagini acti geri kapatti elimizde stok yok dedi ve donup bana verdi ben de masaya koydum. Diger musteri temsilcisi urunu aldi kutudan cikardi ve urun acti kullanilmis dedi. Ben urunu hic acmadim bile desemde boyle sacma bir duzenin icinde kala kaldim bir anda. Dior sana hic yakismiyor yIllardir chanelden alım yaparim CHANEL der susarim !!!

  Diorbeauty İstinyePark mağazasındaki deneyimimiz maalesef beklentimizin çok altında kaldı. Çalışanların tavrı oldukça soğuk ve ilgisizdi, kendimizi hiç değer verilen bir müşteri gibi hissetmedik. Ayrıca ciddi bir tutarda alışveriş yapmamıza rağmen herhangi bir tester ya da küçük bir hediye ürün sunulmadı. İnternette ve sosyal medyada birçok fenomenin mağazadan bolca tester ve hediye ürün aldığını görmek, bizim yaşadığımız deneyimle büyük bir tezat oluşturuyor. müşteriler arasında bu kadar belirgin bir farklılık hissedilmesi hayal kırıklığı yaratıyor. Konu sadece tester almak değil; Dior gibi lüks bir markadan beklenen eşit, özenli ve güler yüzlü hizmeti görememekti. Çalışanlar inanılmaz memnuniyetsizlerdi suratları beş karış acil personel değişimine gitmeniz lazım korkunçlardı Mağazadan maalesef memnun ayrılmadık ve umarım müşteri deneyimi konusunda gerekli iyileştirmeler yapılır.

  Ужасное отношения в данном бутике 🙈в зорлу все консультанты доброжелательные , а вот в истинье даже подходить не хотят вечно недовольные , из За их Отношения даже заходить не хочется к ним , лучше буду летать в Азию Европу чем унижаться у них В бутике
