  Avoid this store at all costs. I purchased a pair of sunglasses during my layover (march20th 2026) on my way to Portugal and the sunglasses were a little loose so on the way back, I had a layover at the Istanbul airport so I went back on march 25th 2026. It was just past midnight so I didn’t know if the store was open but this store was open with two employees. These were not the employees that I had bought from. I told the employee that I had bought my glasses from this store a couple days ago and i just asked if he can adjust them so that it is tighter on my head. He went back with the glasses and did some adjustments I’m assuming and then brought them back they seemed the same so i asked for a little more adjustment around the legs and he went back and I distinctly heard a crack. I didn’t want to assume anything so when he came back I tried them on again but he was very rude and said he cannot do it anymore. I didn’t understand why and I asked if I can go to another celine store. He said he cannot do it at the store. And almost shooed me out of the store. Very abrupt and rude which was uncalled for because all I asked was for it to be adjusted. I put it in my handbag and didn’t think anything of it. But then I came back and realized he snapped the leg of my sunglasses!! The newly purchased sunglasses!! That’s why he shooed me away from the store. I cannot believe it because this is the first time I purchased a brand name sunglass and he ruined it. I really tried not to judge but I should have looked when I heard that snap. I’m heartbroken and I cannot begin to express how angry and upset I am about this.

  The salesman (Forgot his name, Ahmed? ) has shown us what is profesionalism in service industry. I walked in and request to see a bag, he is very helpful knowing i was in rush, shown me 3 different sizes and told me about the existing promo to consider. even though i told him i was considering Celine and another bag next door, he remains being very helpful and friendly. i will definately go back to hopefully buy from him on my next transit in Turkyie!

  BEWARE!!!! They sold me a bag in euros, only ever discussed the price with me in euros, gave me a receipt in euros, then charged my cred card in Lire with an exchange rate that was significantly different from the standard so that I was charged an extra 400 euros! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
