As i got older I really enjoyed the St. John's Bay clothing line. Great quality. Long lasting. Also customer service has always been on point. Also when I got married when went to you guys for our wedding pictures. They were of such great quality. 100 percent satisfied. A month ago I booked a shoot with your portrait department to have me and my wife and her parents to take family photos. We arrived at your Murfreesboro Tennessee location on the 18th of December. Let me start by saying pretty much every employee i spoke with was not helpful or friendly. All I did was ask where the portrait department was , and I had to ask three different people , a fourth that I did ask completely ignored me. After finding the portrait area , we got all checked in. The photo shoot itself went fine. Everything seemed to be good and a professional job being done. When we had finished the shoot I asked the girl who was working the counter since it was going to take awhile if she could just call us in a day or so when are photos were ready to choose. She said of course and we headed home. My family and I live an hour south so we jumped on the highway and headed back home. 25 minutes into our trip we get a call from the girl at the front desk telling me it was ready now if we could come a make our selections. I then asked her why she didn't tell us to wait and that it wouldn't take long to process our pictures? She said I thought you wanted us to call and you would come back. I then asked her if it was OK to come back another day? She said yes and that I had 90 days to come in. I agreed and hung up. 5 minutes later she called back and said her manager said I only had a few days to come back and pay. So I told her I'd be there by Saturday she said that was fine. When we did drive back to the store the disappointment was reality. Out of all the pictures that were taken we only liked 6 or 7. They were some of the worst I've unfortunately paid for. Terrible photos from a truly amateur photographer. What happened JC Penny? Especially through the holidays. I wanted to let you know about the experience my family and I had at this location. It would be nice to get a response but im not sure anyone really cares cause they surly didn't that day. Do better.

I needed pantyhose so it was a quick visit. I bought a Christmas gift while shopping. They don't sell pantyhose at Walgreens anymore 🫤
