- AAADec 20, 20251.0I had a disappointing experience at Dunham’s Sports - Tullahoma. The staff member my family member and I interacted with raised their voice and had a very unpleasant attitude. When a respectful question was asked, the staff members was not helpful and seemed annoyed by basic questions, dismissing it with an attitude. Customer service is important, especially in a retail setting, and this experience made me uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated respectfully. As someone who works in a customer-facing, high-stress environment, I understand that days can be busy, but that is not an excuse for poor customer service.
