Yes I came to the wrong store for a return but even before Joseph realized that his inpatient, unprofessional, rude spirit rose quickly. Am I the first customer to return a brand new item without a receipt? Should have been treated like I was uneducated because I agreed to take discounted price for my own error as a store credit? Joseph, then after I came to get what I needed from here brought back up why I couldn’t return it just to try and rage bait me for the second time. I told him I now knew why his system didn’t accept it bc Ryan was gentle and patient to explain, I told Joseph his motive was rude and I won’t take the second bait invite. Once Ryan recovered the situation, he then helped me realize the brand wasn’t theirs. It was a gift to my children that didn’t fit. God forbid Joseph have to learn a new technique with his system because the customer will suffer. We’ll remain at Dicks.
