I cannot remember her name, and I feel absolutely terrible about it because she went above & beyond to fit me, find bras that were my preference. This is the first positive experience I've had at Lane Bryant over the years. I feel this visit deserved some positive feedback so women won't feel uncomfortable asking for a bra fitting. I work in retail/customer service myself, I always at least say hello when a customer walks in, it's professional and human to do so. We were clearly seen but not important enough for the many employees to stop their conversation for two seconds or ask if we needed any help. We left without buying anything. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable. If that's the way customer service is prioritized there's other businesses that deserve our hard earned money.

I approached an employee—who didn't have a name tag or any store branding on her clothing that I could see—and asked to be fitted. She directed me to the fitting rooms and proceeded to measure me. When she told me my size was 46C, I couldn't help but laugh. I'd been professionally sized in March 2025 at a lane Bryant store as a 42F and had even lost weight since then. I explained this to her, but she just said, "Okay, hun, you haven't worn our bras, they are different," and walked away. I was stunned. It felt as though my money wasn't good enough for her time. Knowing it wouldn't fit, I pulled a bra in the size she gave me, tried it on, and, to no one's surprise, it didn't fit at all. When I went to find the employee. I ended up finding another staff member who was talking to the first employee. While I can only guess what was being said, I moved past it. In that moment, I was introduced to **Julie**, who was the absolute angel I needed. She listened patiently as I explained the bad experience and then immediately got to work. Not only did she help me find the perfect fit, but she also congratulated me on my weight loss and my wedding anniversary. She truly turned the entire experience around, making it one of the best I've ever had at Lane Bryant. I don't know what the first employee was going through, but I choose to give her grace today because God sent Julie to be the angel who not only solved my problem but blessed me in the process. Thank you, Julie, for your exceptional service and for reminding me of what great customer care looks like.
