First of all they hand you an “additional 30% off coupon” with QR code when you walk in that is actually just an ad for the store items ALREADY ON SALE… not a coupon you can USE. I had a good experience shopping and trying on clothes. Jess was a doll! Then… I get to one of the most incompetent store workers at the register. She wasn’t rude, just dumb.
- MMMaddieDec 23, 20253.0Me and my sister were checking out today 12:37pm and Cashier: KM4311 This American eagle location interaction with this young woman, dirty blonde hair, brown shirt nothing else really memorable about her other than the fact she had a very idgaf attitude, not very welcoming and I asked her if she can scan these pants that I found in a certain dollar amount section to be sure they were the correct price and not incorrectly placed there since they were cute pants and anyway she replies “I can almost guarantee you that they’re not” in this really mean tone I was so taken aback I thought to myself whatever I don’t even live here so I’ll let it slide but then low and behold, they were the amount so I was like jokes on her lol. But just that whole interaction just straight face I don’t wanna be here, I get it but I’m sure if I was her It would be even more exhausting to be a you know what. Maybe just some retraining for that girl but one to name Was great. I believe I remember was Ellie? Very sweet and attentive to almost every customer even since I’m more of the shy quiet type.

We had only removed the tag to try them on, but when we explained this, the manager rudely refused to process the return. What made it worse was that the employees MIKAYLA standing there started laughing and making fun of us, which was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. It was humiliating and showed a total lack of customer service ethics. It’s honestly embarrassing that a brand like American Eagle allows employees to behave this way. I do not recommend this store at all, and I will never shop here again.

As soon as we enters the door a girl knew my daughter’s style found her jeans! In the fitting room the girl Haley helped me daughter with sizing and fitting! Checking out was wonderful and they priced matched with online coupon code I had!!!!! If you have not been there you need to go!
