Update: March, 09, 2026 someone from corporate had reached out and apologized for the incident and we'll be handing the matter and I really appreciate that. Although my experience was a bad experience I am glad they reached back out and had a discussion with me. Most companies don't do that anymore. With that in mind I am updating my original review from 1 star to 3 star.
