- ARAden RomineJan 22, 20261.0Hi so I’ve been coming here what seems to be every week for months now (some of the charges were on another card) and today January 22nd I went In to get a cart, that I get every time I go there and just bought a week ago on January 15th but was only denied today because apparently my ID, that I’ve been using since I’ve went to that store, set up a loyalty membership card with, and bought from the same dude who told me that it was fake because “ID’s don’t go out 18 years” I proceeded to be handed my ID back I double checked it and showed the worker it is good for 8 years (2024-2032) he said “oh my math must’ve been wrong but I still can’t sell you the cart because I’m just not comfortable” what I’m getting at is even if you show they’re wrong and prove your ID isn’t a fake they won’t honor that and will continuously deny a sale regardless of having a legal real ID what terrible terrible malpractice, I don’t know if it’s because they don’t want to do their jobs or what? I definitely won’t be recommending anyone here anymore which is sad because I’ve talked very highly of this company.
