He was assisting a customer when my son and I walked into the store. While assisting the existing customer he began helping us. He was very attentive and helpful to the existing customer and to my son and I, and he never ignored any of us. I admired and greatly appreciate his professionalism, attentiveness, and his cheerful and courteous personality. At the end of the purchased transaction Mr. Randall thanked us for shopping at Sunglass Hut, told us to have a good, and to come back and visit Sunglass Hut. After I left the store I felt good knowing that my son and I received such service. I will return to that particular Sunglass Hut at the Mall of Green Hills, Nashville, TN.
