  This is an amazing store! Easy to access from our house by bicycle or by foot. The staff are so friendly and they have a huge selection at reasonable prices. Also love that they do free gift wrapping. Cannot recommend this place enough. I only wish they had a bicycle rack.

  im not one to leave reviews by any means but after my experience this evening, i simply can not stop thinking about it. I live no where close to Nashville. was simply passing through and had seen that this store had Nee Dohs and Jellycats. There was a little lady with dark hair dark skin and glasses who approached me asking if I needed help and I explained I was just looking but I did let her know I was looking for certain Jellycats. I named several. One in particular she got excited and told me they had one but when she checked it was gone. I wasn’t shocked, as these are popular items. so I start looking around at headbands and stickers and saw another lady working, cleaning the counter. I tell her she has such a beautiful store and she tells me it is family owned. all of a sudden I notice a Jellycat I am in search of! It is behind the counter sitting on a shelf. all of a sudden the lady cleaning slings it to the back so it is out of sight. I was so caught off guard. So I approach the front with some other items I thought my daughter would love and ask if I can purchase the bear. I’m told it is not for sale. I ask why she slung it and she explains it’s been sold. I ask why it’s not in a bag and she says it’s being gift wrapped this evening. I then asked if I see some Jellycats online if I can call over the phone to purchase. She says no. I ask how that bear was purchased and she said in store. At this point im dumbfounded because why would it not be in a bag? Why would she sling it out of sight? I know she was lying to me. She was so hasty to me and spoke very condescending. I left without purchasing anything. I snapped a photo of what I saw because I knew nobody would believe this

  Wrapped my gifts for free! The selection is great and prices are reasonable. Staff is lovely.
