  I have always had great customer service here but just wanted to shout out Ogen for his top-tier service! I came in looking for a bag that I had seen at the outlet website and was curious to see if they had it in the store. Despite me finding other cute bags, I really wanted this one and he went above and beyond to make that happen! He called another store, even asked me when I needed it by, and when I told him the closely approaching date, he called the Sevierville store for me and put my purchase on a gift card in case it wasn’t delivered in time. My bag came the next day and I was so happy! Thank you for making this hard-working mama feel special!

  The best customer service I’ve ever received. Went above and beyond. Even found shoes at another location because they didn’t have in stock. Managers were very nice and helpful. Will be back my next visit to Nashville!

  I have been shopping at different Micheal Kora outlets for a long time and this is the first store that has been so rude with their service. The store clerks was not welcoming, no greeting, not willing to listen to the customer, and not a friendly face. Very disappointing service.
