  Felt very unwelcome here. The sales associate who apparently was attending another client seemed as if I was a nuissance and bothering her. Never have experienced this type of behavior.

  My experience at the store was great however the handbag I purchased and carried for less than four weeks began to appear worn. I reached out to the store to notify them of my dissatisfaction with the quality and was told there was nothing they could do. I will not be purchasing any additional LV products in the future as I expect better quality from a luxury brand.

  Manager wanted to offer me an exchange and when I denied she said she would not refund due a spot on them. They were displays and no spots were even on them that couldn’t wipe out from trying them on. Seems to be a racial profile from the older lady but it’s fine. I have not spent a dollar since and I purchase from other places like The Real Real ETC. customer service is everything and the reps have it the manager who approched me DOES NOT. Do not approach guest if you cannot respect the money and value their happiness when making a LV purchase. It’s always supposed to be luxurious
