  Recommend using the parking garage. Very clean and everyone was helpful with the parking pay feature.

  Massive variety, something for everyone without a doubt. Clean, although busy/congested at times. Don't forget to cross the bridge to the other (North?) side for even more choices.

  Fifth & Broadway has everything you could possibly want to do! So many different stores, clothing, shoes, and great places to eat.

  A bit too crowded. Definitely no place to sit unless you want to sit with strangers. We did and they were locals. Got some solid ideas of places to visit from them. So worth the lunch. Tacos were amazing!!

  I had a really great experience thanks to security guard **Chris Ford**. He went above and beyond to help me get my ID back after I lost it. From the moment he found it, he made sure it was kept safe and handled everything very professionally. He was extremely kind, polite, and reassuring throughout the process. What really stood out was that he didn’t just hold onto it — he took the extra step of helping arrange for it to be shipped back to me, which saved me a lot of stress and time. It’s clear that Chris genuinely cares about helping people and doing his job well. I’m very grateful for his honesty, effort, and kindness. People like Chris Ford make a big difference, and his professionalism deserves recognition.
