  Workers were rude. I spent over an hour in the store picking out dresses to try on and as soon as I go to try them on I get stopped and told “the dressing rooms are closed because we close in 30 minutes.” Even 10 minutes would have been plenty enough time to try on my 5 dresses I had. And they could have told me that while I was looking for dresses instead of letting me waste my time but it was very obvious these people hate customer service. Thankfully I found my dress elsewhere.

  I love shopping at Windsor. I bought a prom dress there the other day and have bought several clothing items before then. Wonderful store and wonderful people who work there. Also, for those who say they didn't know the dresses were nonrefundable, it says so on the tag when you buy it.
