We took my diamond anniversary band in for a small size adjustment and they adjusted the ring to 3 3/4, over 2 sizes smaller than we authorized. They readjusted it to correct size, however management was slow to respond to our concerns about future integrity of the band and unwilling to do anything beyond the typical 1 year warranty to rectify their mistake. It felt arrogant, and we will definitely buy all our jewelry from more reputable companies in the future. Interestingly, I talked with a friend of mine who had the exact same experience there.

Interrupted me multiple times on the phone… When spending thousands of dollars you’d expect a higher level of service. Unfortunately, I’ve received better service from the local McDonalds
- JSJasper SDDec 3, 20251.0I hope some of the staff receive additional customer service training as they may not have much experience interacting with customers. For a brand of Tiffany’s caliber the level of professionalism should reflect its reputation and staff should be trained accordingly, not carry themselves as if they’re working in a casual juice bar. A bit of proper training would go a long way in creating the welcoming and refined experience customers expect.
- SMSha MacDec 25, 20185.0My first time at Tiffany's and I have to say I was impressed. Christmas Eve a couple hours before close and the store managed to make a rush seem like a regular day. I believe my Saleswoman's name was Andy. If not I will correct after checking my receipt. Nevertheless she was wonderful and courteous! I am sure I will visit Tiffany's again.
