The man was super rude. I didn’t get his name but he kept mentioning that my necklace was fresh water pearls as if it wasn’t good enough. I felt so uncomfortable so I decided to just return the bracelet instead. He asked for the receipt several times and then had the manager come over to complete the return. They didn’t know how to do it since it was bought at a different store. I didn’t end up returning it because they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will not be going back there. I’d rather continue to shop at Tiffany’s in NYC.
