Interrupted me multiple times on the phone… When spending thousands of dollars you’d expect a higher level of service. Unfortunately, I’ve received better service from the local McDonalds

For a brand of Tiffany’s caliber the level of professionalism should reflect its reputation and staff should be trained accordingly, not carry themselves as if they’re working in a casual juice bar. A bit of proper training would go a long way in creating the welcoming and refined experience customers expect.
