- JKJackson KDec 17, 20251.0came in looking for glasses for my mother, and I was only there for 5 seconds adjusting my hair.. the worker told me to use a another fricken mirror in the mall and told me to leave. Didn’t leave a good impression. Coming from someone that worked in retail, their attitude and customer service could’ve been better.. very unprofessional. that’s just my honest opinion.

Upon entering the store, which appeared open, I was immediately met with a very rude response from the customer service representative. She pointed to a sign on the door and refused to let me browse, despite my asking if it was okay to look around while the system was down. Her tone, body language, and overall demeanor were unprofessional—slouching over the counter and making dismissive comments. Refusing a customer the ability to browse while the system is down is unexpected and disappointing. Good customer service is critical to a store’s reputation, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that standard. I hope this feedback is used to improve training and ensure all customers are treated with respect.
