- MPMoe PerrySep 19, 20251.0I visited the Sunglass Hut location at Opry Mills on September 19, 2025, around 11:50 PM. Upon entering the store, which appeared open, I was immediately met with a very rude response from the customer service representative. She pointed to a sign on the door and refused to let me browse, despite my asking if it was okay to look around while the system was down. Her tone, body language, and overall demeanor were unprofessional—slouching over the counter and making dismissive comments. Refusing a customer the ability to browse while the system is down is unexpected and disappointing. Good customer service is critical to a store’s reputation, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that standard. I hope this feedback is used to improve training and ensure all customers are treated with respect.

I left and went straight to the Hendersonville location and had a completely different experience. Will NEVER be back to either of the Opry Mills location
