  Great selection and great price but this will be my very last time ever coming back! It’s my 3rd coming to this location and it’s been closed. I have to come out of my way to even come to this store and I’ve wasted my time again! Complete trash. I will recommend it be removed from the mall.

  I typically shop in this store when I drive down from Kentucky....never again. I felt so uncomfortable, there was a young african american lady working and she watched my daughter and I the entire time we were there. We couldn't try on shoes without her going and picking up the boxes trying to see what we had. I have been in that store numerous times and never felt this way! I even stepped back to see if she was watching anyone else and no she was not. I will continue to shop with Steve madden but not in that store. She just caused that store to lose a sale since we planned to purchase but not after that mess! There's a such thing as sales and profiling!

  Walked into the store to browse. Heard the employee ask if someone needed any help today. She was looking the other direction towards another customer, so I didn't respond. The employee promptly says out loud, "On top of everything else today, I suppose everyone in here is deaf too!" I think this was highly inappropriate and I promptly walked back out.
