Drove over to Rosehill yesterday with this arrangement asking for care instructions so I can nurture it and let it thrive. I received excellent customer service from both Ashlynn and River. Ashlynn offered to add fresh moss and provided some TLC. Both assisted with 2 other plants (orchid) and a Peace Lily I brought by to learn more. Great conversation and help Rosehill. Kristi

I ordered online, midday, for a next day, Valentine's Day delivery, which I'm sure is probably their busiest day of the year. I ordered the peaches and dreams arrangement for an out of town friend, and another friend kindly picked it up for me. Many of the flowers were wilted, and the overall look of the arrangement was quite different and more sparse than the picture online. My friend was able to have them swap out some of the wilted flowers, but it still did not look entirely fresh. This is pretty crazy for the price, and thank goodness I didn't have them delivered!
