WARNING: SCAM ARTISTS. Went in the other day to buy replacement Polarized Lenses for my Meta Ray Bans. They said they were sold out of them but had some used transitional lenses which were 2-3 times as expensive. Bought them anyways because I needed to have sunglasses for my sensitive eyes. They told me since I had never had transitional lenses before that I could come in and exchange them in a few days, ordering some replacement Polarized lenses instead. Of course, when I decided I'd prefer exchanging the lenses, they began to start what I expected was a routine inspection of the lenses and proceeded to then refuse the exchange, stating there was a "scratch" on them. I tried to get them to point out the scratch and couldn't find one at all. So effectively they gaslit me so I was stuck with the lenses that were likely "faulty" from the start and sold to me anyways. As I said, I'd hardly even used them other than to decide that I didn't like them, and then came in for the attempted return. The woman who did the inspection, who was larger and had blonde hair, has been mentioned in many reviews for refusing legitimate exchanges before. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE. BUY ONLINE OR GO ELSEWHERE. Absolute SCAM. I'm PISSED.

Beware of Caroline! I came in there with a birthday present from my wife. Meta Ray Bans purchased new from their website. Wanted to exchange for the smaller size because it was not fitting my face properly. I had just opened the box and tried on once. Within a week of purchase. These have prescription lenses and I asked her if it was possible to just swap lenses into a smaller frame. She said yes. I wanted to exchange and was very clear with her about this. She then accused me of damaging them so I couldn’t exchange. Then after she took a closer look, she accepted the condition. Then out of no where she processed a return without my consent and told me she can’t exchange. I left the store with no glasses because she processed the return instead of doing an exchange. I would have much rather preferred an honest answer and I would have left with the glasses and processed the return online when I had a back up pair. Very unprofessional and it felt like she did this on purpose.

Got a set of meta ray ban wayfarer. I absolutely love the glasses and would like to applaud the company for their amazing product. Im having issues with the warranty company. I've called and been trying to get my issue resolved to no avail. Hopefully this helps. I am willing to change my rating if something is resolved
