- FLFrancine LeavittJan 9, 20231.0I purchased a bra from Aerie at the Green Hills mall location in Nashville. I tried to exchange it for a smaller size w/the receipt and I encountered a very unfortunate experience there speaking to Becky who said she was the store mgr. she claimed in a rude manner that it couldn’t be returned or exchanged as I didn’t have the tags on but I had the receipt. She claimed it “it was dirty” which it hadn’t been worn just tired on. Which there was NO DIRT, or discoloration and said she couldn’t touch it “due to Covid ! But, she could touch it with tags on??!! I called head and spoke to a representative who claimed that there is no reason that this could not have been returned, even with or without tags I approached her again, and she still claim that she could not return it, or exchange it, and happen to be very disgruntled and rude
