  Ms. Nancy in Nordstrom’s gift wrapping department was truly exceptional!!! I called very last minute with a large order, and she took on the entire job all on her own, going above and beyond in every way. She patiently wrapped each gift one by one with incredible care, kindness, and attention to detail, never once making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I honestly couldn’t thank her enough for the time and heart she put into helping me. This is the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression and represents Nordstrom at its very best. #givemsnancyavacation

  It is so ironic, that when I started to share this conversation with others my shopping day at Nordstrom shoe department, they begin to share the same experience. Looking for a good pair of shoes to wear to an event was all I was focused on. As I approached the destination, I immediately began to seek out for help. All of a sudden, I encountered a young slimy tall bald guy walking toward my direction and a white guy who was standing near me. He quickly gave me a sharp quick glance and proceeded toward the man and ask if he needed some assistance. I was out done!!! To saved the day, this gorgeous young lady approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I just wanted to say to those who think because they work at these so called expensive stores, you still are look at as different! In college, I used to work in these types of stores. It’s sad to see how our young generation is so brainwashed!! I will never shop at Nashville Green hills Nordstrom shoe department again!! Oh how I miss Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago and etc!! They are totally different!!!!! By the way, when I shop, usually spend 2,000 or more! Your lost!

  Had the wonderful pleasure of working with Lylac today. They were an absolute joy, and really made my time fun while there. I went in the mall, looking like a bum after a workout, and you just never know how ppl are gonna treat you, when you look like you do or don’t have money. Lylac was attentive and kind the entire time. I had great conversation with them, and will most certainly be back to only shop with them. Ending up getting about half of my winter wardrobe while there and I will be back for more, specifically with Lylac.

  Nordstrom Nashville is an exceptional shopping experience! The service throughout the store was consistently helpful, but what really stood out was the vast selection — you could easily spend hours exploring. The fragrance department was a highlight, where the salespeople were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I was especially impressed with the Maison Francis Kurkdjian collection — the scents are incredible, and the staff made it easy to find the perfect one. On top of that, their Mother jeans selection is huge, with so many styles and sizes available. Whether you’re shopping for designer fragrances, premium denim, or just browsing, Nordstrom Nashville delivers a fantastic experience.
