Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
Lululemon has become one of my faves! The girls in there are so nice and friendly.

Bella at this location is phenomenal. She went above and beyond which made me feel more comfortable than I imagined I could feel in a lululemon store. Please give her a raise and a promotion. Her inclusivity, compassion, and problem-solving skills are unmatched. Thank you for making my whole day Bella.

I’ve been a loyal Lululemon customer and Sweat Collective member for nearly 20 years, but my experience at the Green Hills store has me reconsidering that loyalty.
I came in to return two clearly defective items for store credit because I already bought the replacements (as seen on my Lululemon account). Instead of helpful service, I was told by the manager Collin—repeatedly—that “it’s policy” to only do even exchanges, with no explanation. When I tried to express my concerns of already having purchased the items, he accused me of “having an attitude.” Another manager, Brantley/Berkley, then approached in an intimidating manner that made me feel uncomfortable and singled out.
After finally giving me replacements, Collin cut the tags off the new items in front of me, again claiming it was “policy.” I’ve shopped at Lululemon for two decades and have never seen this. When I asked to keep my original tag (as proof of purchase, which I paid for), he refused. I have video of the interaction, and the entire experience felt disrespectful and punitive.
Lululemon, this is unacceptable for a company that promotes community, inclusion — and just basic customer service. Customers deserve transparency and basic respect—neither of which I received today.

Shout out to Morgan who went above and beyond earlier today on the phone. She went all over the store looking for the keychain I wanted. BEST customer service I’ve had in awhile. And BEST customer service I have had in Nashville. Thank you Morgan
