  We went to purchase my daughter’s first LV while in Nashville for Christmas. We ended up spending $1000 more than planned, but completely worth it. Norah was our SA, and she was incredible. We gave her an idea of the size of the bag my daughter was looking for and she brought out so many options for her to choose from and try on. My daughter chose the Pochette Métis East West, and it is such a perfect first bag for her! Norah was incredible and made her feel really special! Thank you!

  My husband went to the Louis Vuitton store at the Green Hills Mall. He did in fact make a purchase which was the Diane bag for Christmas; however, what it took to purchase the bag was not a good experience. He went through the process of putting his name on the list so that he could be assisted with his purchase. My husband was there for quite some time watching customers who had come after him be assisted. At one point one man who came in a long while after him was assisted and before that customer left he came up to my husband and said they still haven't helped you? In in which my husband said no they have not, the customer proceeded to say to him that he hates that they look at a person an automatically assume they can't afford it. I told my husband you know you should just leave I don't want any bag that bad for you to be disrespected by workers who obviously can't afford it themselves or they wouldn't be behind the register they would be on the other side purchasing like your trying to do. My husband then decided to ask one of the workers what he had to do to get someone to assist him. The worker then asked for his name and at that point proceeded to help him. I'm sharing this story to say DO BETTER Louis Vuitton Green Hill store! If this post isn't addressed then that will tell me all I need to know about this location and it's managers and that's their in support of how the workers are obviously unprofessional and need training on customers service and the fact that he was judged(obviously) I want to say ethical training is needed. regardless of what someone looks like you STILL PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
