Her graphic design background was extremely helpful when picking out the matting to match all the pictures and frames. She was very patient with all of our questions and last minute changes. - AKAmy KNov 16, 20255.0I went to Framebridge in Nashville with a LARGE pair of scissors (think ceremonial ribbon cutting ones) the night before I was leaving town. Unfortunately they were not able to frame them as they are too sharp and could damage their equipment. BUT.... even tho they couldn't help me in that way, Sarah was a gem and worked with me to package them up so I could get them home. Sarah TSA-proofed my scissors and gave me advice about how to travel with things like this and they arrived at my destination just as Sarah had packed them. I am very thankful I stumbled upon this store and Sarah. And next time I have a NON-lethal something or other to frame.... Framebridge will be my first stop. Great customer service. Thank you Sarah!

I so enjoyed talking to Sara, who taught me more about the prints and also shared more about Framebridge. I left the store about an hour later -- a new collector of the Inciardi prints with two darling gold Framebridge pictures frames to display my boot and hat prints! Sara's customer service was top notch and I really look forward to using Sara to help me with framing in the future!
