- JBJuan BorgesJul 20, 20251.0Extremely Disappointed – Flowers Were Awful My mother recently passed away, and a family member kindly sent me a gift from Edible Arrangements (store #782 on Old Hickory Blvd in Brentwood, TN). Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing during an already difficult time. The fruit was just okay — nothing special. But the flowers? Absolutely awful. They looked like they were dying upon arrival. It’s clear no one at this store takes the time to ensure quality or care, which is shocking given the nature of the gifts people send from here. This location currently has a 3.2-star rating out of 126 reviews, and I’m not surprised. The management here clearly isn't doing their job. Whoever runs this store should be replaced immediately. I strongly urge Edible Arrangements to refund the money to the sender. This was meant to be a thoughtful gesture during a time of grief, and instead, it became another source of frustration.

I received a large arrangement that had mold on it by early Saturday. It was soft by Friday and it was delivered on Thursday. The three balloons were deflated upon delivery! I called and left a message on Friday and was told he Mgr would call me back. The person asked me where did you store the fruit? Ma'am the refrigerator. I received no call back. I called Saturday and Sunday and left a voicemail. No call back. Called back on Monday and got the owner GB. Trust me! There is a reason they have LOW REVIEWS!!!! We will be requesting a charge back of the funds because he wasn't interested in making this right. He had the audacity to tell me I could call corporate and they couldn't and wouldn't do anything for me. You should sell your franchise back or seek additional assistance! This was a horrible experience! Update! Everything that I said that you said you did say. Also, you never apologized. The fruit was basically good for one day. You said that you couldn't or wouldn't send the same size arrangement out. Your work speaks in the reviews. Fruit should last longer than 2 days. The fruit basically lasted 1 day. Why would I trust to consume your fruit at this point. I didn't mention the deflated balloons to my friend because I was going to let that slide. The fruit was good the first day. It was soft the second day and mold the third day. Also, other local locations said that your location has lots of complaints. Your reviews speak volumes. You circled back to her because I said I was going to ask her to do a charge back. I professional business owner would gladly refund her her money.
