Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing during an already difficult time. The fruit was just okay — nothing special. But the flowers? Absolutely awful. They looked like they were dying upon arrival. It’s clear no one at this store takes the time to ensure quality or care, which is shocking given the nature of the gifts people send from here. This location currently has a 3.2-star rating out of 126 reviews, and I’m not surprised. The management here clearly isn't doing their job. Whoever runs this store should be replaced immediately. I strongly urge Edible Arrangements to refund the money to the sender. This was meant to be a thoughtful gesture during a time of grief, and instead, it became another source of frustration.
