I’ve had better customer service at Walmart than I did at David Yurman. My friends travelled from out of state to spend the weekend together and buy matching rings. We walked in and not a single associate spoke to us, let alone asked if they could help us. We waited for 15 minutes before someone finally asked if we needed anything. We knew exactly what we wanted. We weren’t even asking to try anything on. Extremely disappointed and will never be back.

I've shopped at a few DY stores and the Nashville one has the best service! I'm glad it's my home store. Paige is an amazing associate and really helps find pieces that are perfect and you may not have even considered but without being pushy. Everyone at the store, including the manager Eric, are super friendly and make it a great time while shopping! They also have a really large stock in store compared to other stores I've been to. My husband even enjoys shopping here and he's not the biggest shopping fan 😂

You can buy David Yurman from a lot of places—but what truly sets David Truman Nashville apart is Brandon Rader.
Make the appointment. Trust me.
Brandon is the kind of professional who gets it. He listens, he curates, and he takes real pride in helping you find the right pieces—not just selling what’s in the case. If there’s something specific you want, he’ll track it down. If you’re not sure what you want yet, he’ll thoughtfully guide you without pressure.
What really stands out is that Brandon genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. The experience feels personal, relaxed, and elevated—exactly how buying fine jewelry should feel.
If you’re looking for David Yurman in Nashville and want an experience that’s just as exceptional as the jewelry itself, this is the place—and Brandon is the reason.

Visited this store (Hillsboro branch)to buy a ring for our 36th wedding anniversary. After selecting the rings and discussing price, the owner stepped in, offered a long sales pitch, then returned with a 10% discount. When I declined and reiterated my request, he abruptly told us to leave the store.
The rudeness and lack of professionalism were shocking. As a business owner myself, I consider this unacceptable and a clear example of poor customer service. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

I’m writing to bring attention to an extremely disappointing experience I had this past Sunday afternoon at your Nashville location while shopping for a special birthday gift.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted half-heartedly by a mature associate whose demeanor made me feel completely unwelcome — as if I couldn’t afford to be there. Her attitude was dismissive, condescending, and entirely unprofessional. I have never been made to feel so small or judged while shopping in any luxury store, let alone one that represents a brand I’ve respected and supported for years.
I work in retail myself and understand the importance of treating every guest with genuine warmth and respect. What I experienced was the exact opposite. Because of the way I was treated, I chose not to purchase in-store. Instead, I took photos of the jewelry I loved and placed my order for the earrings and necklace online through the David Yurman website.
The jewelry remains beautiful, but the experience left a lasting negative impression. No customer should ever walk out of a David Yurman store feeling unwelcome or looked down upon.
I hope this matter is addressed seriously, as this kind of behavior does not reflect the standards or values of the David Yurman brand.
