  Went there to check out the new store and the shoes! Thought maybe I’d give a few a try and Thomas helped me and my mom find me the perfect fit and pair! His personality was amazing and everything I would want to help me find the best shoes for any occasion!

  My Fiance and I ended up here and were shocked that they had the heels we both loved in stock. We were not the only couple shopping for wedding heels... The first sales associate tried to help but the manager took over. He was AWESOME. He showed her how to tie the heels properly for various occasions. We're already looking at heels and a purse. I took pics of her in the store and everyone that has seen them is raving about her looks. LOVE this place.

  I am extremely disappointed once again with my recent experience at the Christian Louboutin store in Green Hills Mall. My husband and I previously purchased two pairs of shoes from this location back in November, spending over $3,000. We returned on Valentine’s Day intending to purchase two additional pairs — one for me and one for my husband. I knew exactly which pair I wanted, and my husband was ready to try on a pair as well. When we walked into the store, a male sales associate was standing near the entrance. He looked directly at the Steve Madden shopping bag my husband was carrying and never acknowledged us — no greeting, no offer to assist, nothing. We waited briefly, but without even a simple “hello” or “may I help you,” we decided to leave. As a result, that associate not only lost his commission but the store lost a significant sale. This is now the second negative experience I’ve had at this location. Luxury brands should provide luxury-level service to every customer who walks through the door, regardless of what they are carrying or wearing. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I would encourage others to consider spending their money elsewhere or ordering on line, as this location does not appear to value or appreciate its customers.

  Yesterday I walked in ready to try on and grab a pair of heels, even sat on the chair obviously waiting on a sales team to help. Nobody even remotely tried to assist me and couldn’t even have told me they would be with me shortly. Walked right out😂 They lost a sale.
