  PRICE NOT HONORED AS ADVERTISED I had a very disappointing experience at this Calvin Klein store. I purchased a pair of pants that were clearly marked with a sale price of $23.99, and there was also a sign in the store advertising an extra 15% off. After I paid, I noticed the discount hadn’t been applied as expected. When I asked the staff, they told me the price was no longer valid because the sale had ended the day before — even though the sign was still up. When I pointed out that they should honor the price displayed on the shelf, I was told the system wouldn’t allow it, and all I received was a brief apology. Frustrated, I ended up returning the pants and leaving the store. This experience wasted my time and left me feeling misled as a customer. Never experienced such a thing in any other store.

  today I went to calvin klein there was a worst male black man working I asked him about shorts I asked him if it is made of cotton he told me to check tag inside one of the men short on shelf, I check I was not able to find he said check inside I said I cannot find it then he found it and started reading so I was waiting for his reply he saw I am not checking in other short so he replied me he cannot read it he was wearing reading glasses, the other young girl working there came & ask hin if she can help he refused to her three time as she asked him three times, I didnt understood his intentions then he left and I started reading it was very clearly written its was 80%of cotton, I told him that this short is made of 80% cotton. I told him as you work here you should know that calvin klein clothes made of what materials, I know it does varys but he replied me, I dont need to know you want to buy you need to look at it, I said him you work here you should know and cannot reply any customer rudely, he said its upto you if you want to buy. Caz I dont need to know. On this kind if store if people like him are hired then, I should not be going to such store dosent matter how big name stire is,. This man having dark brown sking mountain goat beard 6' ft tall but jerk is workibg in calvin klein. Even he dont care if merchandise will sell or not he dont care for brand calvin klein., Im nit going in operymill mall calvin klein. I dont suggest anyperson who care for there selfrespect should go in oprymill calvin klein store in nashville Tennessee state.
